Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to the UK only but can arrange shipping further afield by email request.

• UK: 2–5 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing times.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they’ve been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item — we’ll do our best to make it right.
